Free customer support via email and a reasonable amount of (free) technical support!

Please note we cannot take card payments over the phone and we do not provide (free) technical/engineering level support over the phone.
You can arrange for engineering level support and design services via our in-house engineers on request.

Complaints / Non Delivery

For standard Royal Mail deliveries, please allow upto 15 working days (as per Royal Mail's own terms) before assuming a lost or late delivery.

However please let us know by emailing us if you have not received your items within 5 working days for UK, 10 days for EU & Worldwide so we can investigate.

If you have a complaint or have not received a satisfactory response by emailing above, please write to us using our priority complaint form Complaint Form

Please use one of the RMA Forms to get allocated a RMA number. Returns shall only be accepted when a Valid RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers are valid for 14 working days after receipt.
