Product Information

This High Speed USB 2.0 to Serial Adapter provides an external plug & play RS-232 serial connection with your computer via the USB port.

This USB 2.0 to Serial Adapter is designed for connections to PDAs and Modems and does not have handshaking lines for compatibility with some devices.

Users have the capability to utilise the USB to RS232 adapter with serial port interface in an easy-to-use environment.

Supports remote wake-up and power management 96 byte buffer each for upstream and downstream data flow.

Frees your RS-232 port for other uses.

No IRQs required, no IRQ conflicts.

Installs as a standard Windows COM port.

Full compliance with the USB Specification Revision 2.0 and 1.1

Note: This device has no updated Windows Vista Drivers.
We would recommend item 2454 or 2455 (FTDI) if you require more compatibility or require drivers that can be
updated in future.
